This information is provided exclusively in relation to the site www.novires.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and to the Owner’s pages on social networks Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter not also in relation to other websites that can be consulted by the user through links reported or accessible in the same site and not owned by the Owner.

Personal data of an identification type, i.e. any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (“interested party”), such as: name, surname, tax code, address, postal code, telephone number, e-mail.

Navigation data, i.e. the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment of the user.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

In case of sending resumes, only common data (educational qualifications, personal data, work experience) and data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade unionist character, as well as personal data disclosing health and sex life should not be indicated.

With regard to the particular data of workers with disabilities in application of current legislation (68/99) on the placement of disabled people, please do not indicate any pathology but only to indicate that you are in possession of these requirements .

4. Scope of communication and dissemination of data

The personal data of the interested parties may be communicated to specifically designated subjects, who operate under the authority of the Data Controller, or to subjects appointed as data processors. The persons in charge belong to the following categories: legal and tax consultants of the Data Controller, consultants who manage the website and social pages of the Data Controller, company providing the web hosting service (Aruba S.p.a.).

Every communication will take place in compliance with the purposes of treatment described above.

It is possible to request a list of those responsible from the Data Controller at the addresses indicated in point 1.

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties to comply with legal obligations, or to comply with orders from public authorities legitimized to do so or to enforce or defend a right in court.

5. Method of processing.

Personal data will be processed by paper and computer tools by the Owner and by external parties who act as data processors.

The data will be stored on servers owned by the owner located in Italy at the company Aruba S.p.a.

The use of the services of the Owner is reserved to subjects legally able, on the basis of the national legislation of reference, to conclude contractual obligations. The Owner, where necessary for specific services, in order to prevent illegitimate access to them, implements preventive measures to protect its legitimate interest, such as the control of the tax code and / or other checks permitted and appropriate.

6. Personal data retention period,

Personal data collected for the purposes indicated in point 3.1 (to allow the website to function) of this policy will not be retained.

Personal data collected for the purposes set forth in Section 3.2. (responding to requests) will be kept for the time necessary to process the request. When requesting quotes for the next 2 years.
